Jiangsu Huaihe Chemical Co., Ltd. and Hubei Dongfang Chemical Co., Ltd. submitted a formal antidumping investigation application on behalf of Chinau2019s p-nitrotoluene (PNT) industry. The application requested an antidumping investigation into PNT imports from the EU. Chinau2019s Ministry of Commerce said it has opened the investigation. PNT is a chemical intermediate used in production of pigments, agrochemicals and other downstream products.
