Fumai Technology to Acquire 51.16% Stake in Wote Taike for RMB 696 Million

Fumai Technology (688350.SH) announced plans to acquire a 51.1649% equity stake in Jiaxing Wote Taike Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. through acquiring 100% equity of Longlin Woge and 5.2428% shares of the target company, obtaining a total of 26.74 million shares directly and indirectly. The total transaction consideration is RMB 696 million, with funding sources including own funds and/or self-raised funds. Upon completion, Wote Taike will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements and managed as a controlled subsidiary. The transaction will integrate Wote Taike's technical accumulation in water treatment chemicals, further enhancing Fumai Technology's technical advantages in high-end water treatment chemicals, industry-specific overall solutions, and intelligent dosing, forming an integrated technical capability of "water treatment chemicals + membrane products + engineering + operation and maintenance + intelligent control."
