Hubei Xianlin Technology plans a 10,000 tonnes per year hydroxylamine sulfate project at the Xiantao National High-Tech Zone New Materials Industrial Park in Hubei province. The project has an estimated investment of approximately 150 million yuan, funded by self-raised capital. Valve procurement for the project was scheduled for September 2026 with a 50-day delivery period.
Hydroxylamine sulfate is used in organic synthesis, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and as a reducing agent. The project adds to China's fine chemical intermediates capacity in central China.
