North American weekly chemical rail traffic continued to track the historical trend while strengthening compared to year-ago levels, according to new data from the Association of American Railroads (AAR). During the week ended Oct. 10, chemical railcar volume in North America strengthened year-on-year. The data provides a key indicator of chemical production and distribution activity in the region.
