Saint-Gobain S.A. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire D.S. Brown Co. of North Baltimore, Ohio, on October 15, 2026.
D.S. Brown designs and manufactures engineered solutions for infrastructure applications and operates manufacturing facilities in Ohio and Texas.
Saint-Gobain said the acquisition will significantly expand its construction chemicals platform in North America. Financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement.
